Why Famasa Exists
Skilled facilitators, assessors and moderators are the backbone of South Africa's skills-development system — yet finding good ones (and being found) still runs on WhatsApp groups, word of mouth and agencies that take a cut. Famasa replaces that with one open, public network where reputation is earned on real jobs and visible to everyone.
How It Works
Practitioners register free and list their fields, experience and qualifications. Training companies register free and receive starter credits to post jobs. Practitioners apply in one click. After every job, both sides rate each other — quality of work, punctuality, and whether payment came on time. Those ratings become credits, ranking, and eventually public recommendations on our sister site, Skivo.
